We coordinate with structural engineers to provide complete stamped engineered drawings for all timber frame elements, ensuring code compliance and proper integration with your building's structural system.

• Shop Fabrication

Every timber is cut to exact specifications in our controlled shop environment. All joinery, mortises, tenons, and connections are fabricated with precision—no field improvisation, and no weather delays.

• Sanded and Pre-Stained

Timbers are sanded and stained to specification before they leave our shop. Your clients see beautiful, finished work the moment the timber frame is installed. 

• Labelled Components and Hardware

Every timber is clearly labelled, and all necessary hardware—bolts, plates, brackets, fasteners—is included and organized. No guessing, no missing pieces.

• Detailed Installation Instructions

Step-by-step instructions guide your crew (or ours) through the installation process, including sequencing, connection details, and any special requirements.

• Staged Delivery Options

We understand jobsite logistics. Timber elements aren't always installed consecutively—a front entry might go up early while great room timbers wait until the roof is on. We can ship components in stages based on your timeline and available site space, so you're not storing materials longer than necessary.
